Hi,
How are you? Pain in the wristWrist pain can occur due to fracturesFractures across a growth plate, carpalCarpal tunnel release Carpal tunnel syndrome tunnel symdrome, dequervian tendonitis, tennis elbow and repetitive motion disorders.
The symptoms that you mentioned pain over the middle finger and pain during movement in the wrist can occur due to fractures and carpal tunnel syndrome. It is more likely to be carpal tunnel syndrome as there is no history of trauma and there is a history of over use, also pain is present over the middle finger which is supplied by median nerve.
Carpal tunnel syndrome is due to entrapment of the median nerve. I would suggest you to visit a orthopaediacian and follow his advise.
Take care.
