writing difficulty

I am 42 yr old Govt. service holder and I do work with the computer s  lot.I do have slight problem of spondolysis.For the last 5 years, I am have problem of writing, The index finger does not hold on to the pen for long,it curls in resulting break in the grip on the pen.So, I tried changing my grip on the pen,sometimes holding between index finger and middle finger,sometrimes straightening the index finger on the pen or at other times,writing without index finger holding the pen.But these are temporary.The wring becomes uncomfortable after sometime.Please advise..
