None of the symptoms specifically suggest osteoporosis as a diagnosis though it could be present along with other abnormalities as well. Other possibilities that may need to be considered include skeletal structural issues, neuro-muscular causes, inflammations, degeneration, micronutrient deficiencies etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.
