My favorite things about my ostomy

Because this has been so overwhelming at times, to spite my positive attitude, the sadness and depression sometimes rear theyre ugly head. So, I have decided to start a list composed of "my favorite things about my ostomy" to kind of help me, and maybe others, have a bit of a better go at this. I know Im still very new to this, and am on target for a reconnect in September, but I still think this will bring a positive note. Feel free to add your favorite things too! :o)

#1. An "all off" shower! Can anything be any more heavenly? LOL!
