One Large hard white lump and several small ones inside of anus

Hi I am a 26 yr old female, I have these hard white in color lumps just inside my anus They aren't painful but a little irritaing, i also have a mucus discharge from anus, never any bleeding from the lumps. I am worried they are signs of something serious but not in postision right now to got to an actuall doctor, i already take high fiber supplements and diet. still don't got to bathroom reguarly and have alot of gas. any ideas or suggestions on what it could be and what else i can do at home to treat?

i would recommend u c a dr..it could be nothing serious.but then again it may be..get it checked
