Stoppin' and Startin'

I have been taking FLOMAX for a little over a year. At about the 6 month mark the stopping and starting started to flare up again. My urologist then doubled the dosage. Well, it's starting again. Is this something that I am going to have to live with or is there a surgical procedure for this condition?
