anal excoriation after reversal

I am writing on behalf of my husband who is in dire need of relief. He has had painful anal excoriation since his reversal/j pouch in Feb 2011. We have tried every cream/ointment imaginable both OTC and prescription. We have tried Nupracainal, desitin, A&D ointment, coloplast skin barrier, cornstarch powder, liquid maalox, baby wipes (no alcohol/fragrance).... etc... Please provide any tips that you have. We are desperate.
