soitary ulcer disease

I have been soildary ulcer disease started with a proplase rectum and bleeds  plus since 2003
I have had numerous surgures including permanet colostomy
I cont to have bleeds from inside the stoma and ulcers around the stoma, that bleed and bleed  to point i need 3 to 4 units of blood, and hospitlaization and pain management
I am overweight  and have a sl hernia, by the stoma
The last time i was in hosptial which was 5 days ago for  3days and had blood etc, my b/p became very low, 70/30

I have had several opions  and i still dont know what to do, to prevent these ulcers, i have  mod stress in my life
I am on disability  now,
