When you change the wafer be sure to remove every bit of glue so the new one adheres properly.  Good luck.

so u have a urostomy?  alot depends on ur stoma..is it skin level..in a skin fold...on a bulge...may determine what type of device u use...a if u r using a 2-piece..first thing i would try is a 1 -pice..with urostomy/emptying is no big deal..with a one piece u can not change bags out but have to empty from the bottom..and with stool that is harder than with urine

I have a urostomy and I too have days when I have to change my bag 2 or 3 times its a pain but it seems to happen if I haven't cleaned off the barrier cream I use properly as it will not stick if the site is slippy. I have had my Urostomy for 12 years so if I can help in anyway just let me know Jen.
