stable cyst on my pancreas

After a recent CT scan my primary doctor gave me the report that I have a 6.5 mm stable cyst on my pancreas and a duplication cyst on my left mid abdomen.
Should I have  biopsies done on these cysts by my surgeon?
I have deep concern about this report.

Hi There
there are many benign cysts on the pancreas. Yours sounds like it may be embryologic - that is- it has been  present since you were an embryo.
However, I encourage you to see a specialist in pancreatic diseases to be sure. That would be either a gastroenterologist or a surgeon who specializes in pancreatic surgery.
