15 cm mass on rt ovary

went to doctor to find out test results, he told me i have a 15 cm mass on rt ovary, i am having two periods a month and heavy bleeding. he is referring me to an obgyn but can this mass bust open before i see obgyn? its hard to tell since my bleeding is so heavy and always in pain, i feel so weak and tired is their something i can take to get my energy back up while i waite. i also have kidney stones that the doctors dont seem to worried about can this be a sign of more troubles ahead...

I am so sorry that you are going through this. The OB/GYN will be able to tell you more, and recommend another doctor if necessary.
