Hi Carlita,
These are small cysts. A cyst is a fluid collection with a skin around it like a blister. If there is some solid tissue within the cyst, it is called a nodule. A septation means there is a dividing wall within the cyst. For that small size, the usual recommendation is to repeat an ultrasound in 3 months
