3mm pulmonary nodule

What are your thoughts regarding a nonspecific 3mm pulmonary nodule that has remained unchanged for the past 8 months?  It was seen in a routine August 2003 scan, missed in an October and December 2003, seen again in April 2004 but remains unchanged from the August scan.  No other findings on scans.  Originally diagnosed IIIC, grade 3 ovarian cancer, serous in nature in January 2001.  CA is less than 5.
