5.8 x 7 x 10 cm mass on the right ovary

I had a ultrasound and was told that i have 5.8 x 7 x 10 cm mass on the right ovary. I am scheduled to have laprotomy on 07/30/04 and doctor thinks it looks like dermoid but he is not sure. Radiologist report says that its complex cyst structure with internal debris and internal septations. The uterus is retroflexed with globular contour consistent with leimyomatous disease. Other impressions are 1) complex adnexal cyst; differential considerations include endometrioma, ovarian neoplasm, tubo-ovarian abscess, teratoma, or hydrosalpinx/pyosalpinx. 2) Retroflexed leiomyomatous uterus.

I am wondering what are my chances of having ovarian cancer in the light of this report?
