6.2cm mass found

Had hystarectomy in Sept. Kept right ovary. Pain in Dec. Utrasound done - ovary had doubled in size and had formed a complex mass. Waited 3 wks. now 6.2cm and stuff inside it. Surgery 1/28. Could it be cancer? Should a byopsy be done? No family hisory - adopted. Female problems since 15. Now 35. Had endo and two laposcopic surgeries. Two C-sections.
