6months post-hysterectomy pain... normal?

by sheena_, Nov 01, 2009 12:40AM
Hi - It's been 6 months since I had total abdominal hysterectomy due to Ovarian CA stage 1 (I had a large tumor in each of my ovaries). Luckily it was caught on time and I didn't need to go through chemo. However, I've been having pain on my left abdomen since the surgery.

Is this normal? I still get bloated.

Do any of you experience the same thing?

Thanks
Sheena

Hey Sheena -

I don't know, but one place you might check is this site:  http://www.hystersisters.com/

I know they have a lot of hysterectomy-specific information and also very supportive women!  Good luck -
