8 surgeries and counting.....

I have a question to anyone that can help me.
I have had a history of nonmalignant cycts on my ovaries for 16 years.  I had a hysterectomy in 1996 and then in 2000 I had a pelvic sling put in.  My body immediately started to reject the mesh (or so they say) I started forming fistula's and other "pouches" of fluid in my abdomonial area.  This fluid collections get so big that they cause severe pain in my back and my legs.  In 2002 they finally removed the mesh sling however, they left the four staples and a small piece of the mesh in by my tail bone,  now I am having severe pain back there and have reoccurent masses in the pelvic area.  My ovaries were both removed this past year due to cysts and masses around them.  I am having problems with incontinence or urine and I also get thrush really bad when this happens, and my organs are starting to prolapse again.  Has anyone had this happen to them? or have any suggestions.  I am only 31 and my insurance company is fighting me going to any other Dr. other than the one who did all the other surgeries and frankly I don't trust her any more.
