A Cervical ultrasound

I just has a Ultrasound and a Cervical Ultrasound.  Because I being having abdominal pain and back pain.  I also have sysmtoms of bloating, lots of air discharge and get full stomach right away.  My nurse doctor just call me that they got my results back and it appears that I have lots of liqued in my pelvic!  I'm worry that it might be cervical or ovarien (ovarian) cancer.  I would like your opinion?  My doctor refer me to a gynecology.

where were you in your menstrual cycle when you had your ultrasound? That is: when was your last period
what exactly does the ultrasound report say?

it is helpful to know the actual details about the ovaries, uterus, and surrounding structures.
it is common to have a little fluid in the pelvis at the time of ovulation- that is around 2 weeks after you last period.

I know it is frightening to get a phone call and not understand what is being told to you.
As a general point,I would recommend that you ask for a copy of the report.
It is always important to keep copies of reports of tests.
that way , you can always have the exact information.  Sometimes medical people try to "translate" medical terms into english. it does not always make sense
