A little worried

I had an abnormal pap smear a year and a half ago I'm 20 years old... I had HPV (the kind that makes you high risk for cancer) I have been having brown/black blood spotting when I shouldnt be... I don't know if it relates but a couple months before they told me I had HPV... after I had sexual intercourse I would bleed immediatly after...  it went from spotting to like lots of blood... like a pool of blood with clotty looking blood and stabbing pain just when I orgasmed.. and they said I had pelvic infection and now I'm spotting again.. I haven't followed up with my paps to make sure the HPV left since I first went to get it checked out a year and a half ago... I've weighed 120 for years... and since I haven't went I've gained 10-14 lbs...and it just seems to be in my abdomen.. my stomach is always really bloated and feels very full.. but I don't eat alot.. i actually had a lady ask me if i was pregnant which was humiliating.. I have pain in my lower abdomen sometimes and it seems to be getting worse... as well as my bloating.... I do get bad back pain as well. I just don't know... I do have an appointment a month away but I'm so worried about it... my grandma died of ovarian cancer so it makes me worry.

Hi, I would not wait a month. Please find the best Gyn/Onc you can ASAP. This cancer is silent and by the time you wait you could be very well advanced . Like me I was mis diagnosed and then later to find out I am a stage 3c.Sending you positive thought and blessings.
Hugs and Prayers, Terry

I would say yes girl go get checked....you are never too young to get any kind of gynecologic cancer, anyone is at risk. Do not left the doctors fool you with age. I know too people who were very young, 19 yrs old with cervical cancer but theirs went away with treatment. Please go get check and if you have to get second opinions, your symptoms are very serious, your cervix may be inflamed and bleeding after sex is a sign someting is wrong, don;t delay, God bless you!!! keep me posted please thanks
