AWARENESS WEEK

Hi lovely ladies,
Just wanted to share that this week starting tomorrow is ovarian cancer awareness week in Australia, not sure if this is the same for America. Anyway I just wanted to create a post that people could contribute to about any events or fundraisers that occurring and share positive stories or experiences.

This year I am selling merchandise again and getting an article in the local paper with a photo of all my family and friends wearing the shirts we did up last year. May be only small but all the help i can give to this cause is well worth it.

In the UK  March is the month , I will be holding several car boot sales throughout march and hope to raise a lot of cash for  Ovarian Cancer Research.

In the States, September is Ovarian/Prostate Cancer (maybe Lung is lumped in there too).  There are events held throughout the US.  Unfortunately, none near me in  Dunedin, FL .. but some in other cities in Florida .... and across the country.
