Abdominal Bloating

I have had severe abdominal bloating since April and look 8 months pregnant.  I was worried about a stomch ulcer, cancer etc.  I am ALWAYS uncomfortable and in dull daily pain that never goes away.  My stomch and liver area hurt.  What could be going on?
