Abnormal Bleeding increased pelvic fluid

Should I be concerned that I missed a cycle back in February, then the following month I spotted for 14 days straight and then on the fourteenth day it turned into heavy bleeding for 16 days. I went into my doctor, had a pap, and two ultrasounds (vaginal & lower abdomen), plus a pregnancy test. There was no baby hormone in my bloodstream, and the ultrasound came back with "excess pelvic fluid". I am now 14 days and still bleeding heavy for this month. What is wrong?

What else did your ultrasound say?  I really am at a loss as to how we can help you at this point without a little more info.  
You definately need to get back with your gyn to figure out what is going on.

The doctor's nurse told me the only note was "increased pelvic fluid" and they want me to get another ultrasound.

Angie....hey there kid....you need not be the least bit embarassedand, you did not necessarily post in the wrong forum!  Personally, I wonder why nobody mentioned your ovaries or uterus......I would recommend you get an actual copy of the report and come back here to get some feedback!  I am curious about the report for your next ultrasound so please keep us posted!  If you do get a copy of the actual results of your ultrasound I would like to hear about it!  Please do stay in touch.  Don't ever be embarassed while you are being pro-active with your health care....that is a commendable thing!  I look forward to hearing from you again.
