Alimta.

Anybody out there getting Alimta as their primary IV tretment. I was getting a small dose of this in combination with Topetecan and then FUDR but IP, not a great result and the IP treatments are horrible. I am now having my IP port removed. The doctor wants me to receive Alimta at full dose IV. Anybody out there have any experiences with this. I have pretty much been hit up with everything else over the last 9 years. Thanks and I appreciate any imput

Oh, girl.....nine years.  You have to be exhausted.  IP is really tough and I am so very lucky to not have had to deal with it.  You have been here a long time.  
I'm not familiar with Alimta; but, I wanted you to know I am here.....I hear your voice......we have been here together for some time.
Crazy world.  Not always a pleasant place.
Wish I could help.....I just wanted to let you know I care deeply.
