All symptoms point to Ovarian Cancer??

Hi I'm a 30 year old female mother of 4. This is a summery of what I have been going through. It all really started when I was pregnant last year and I had lower abdominal pain and pressure with sharp pain by my left hip bone and blood in my urine. OB tested and said it wasn't Urinary tract infection. Thought maybe a kidney stone that was to small to detect on sonogram. And just decided to watch it. NowI'm still having issues and my baby is now going to be a year old on Fri the 16th. Please any imput would greatly help me out, I really feel so confused and scared and I just want answers already. I went from an U/S a month ago and these were the findings.
    Findings; The uterus appears retroverted measuring approximately 6x5x6cm. Endometrial echoes normal at 9 mm. There is minimal right adnexal fluid noted. There is a small 4mm Nabothian cyst seen.
    The right ovary measures 3x2x2.6 cm. Leeft ovary measures 3.1x2.2x2.1cm Small follicles noted less than 1cm bilaterally. there is a dominant 1.6 possible cyst left ovary.
    The appearance of the uterus is homogeneous but there are findings that is suspect for early adenomyosis. If indicated clinically further imaging might be helpful possibly with pelvic MRI.
    Impression: Retroverted uterus with findings suspect for adenomyosis. Please correlate clinically.
    On top of those findings I have a pea size lump on the inside wall of my vagina NEXT to (not on) my cervix, lower abdominal pain, painful intercourse, my cycles are just settling in since I breastfeed so I can't really tell you much about them other then I have VERY painful ovulation pains and menstrual cramps. Oh and I'm a freak of nature. I test positive on a home pregnancy test ONLY during ovulation, as my LH rises I test positive and then it goes negative as my LH drops. Gyno did a blood test a few days after ovulation and my numbers were at a 2. So go figure on that one. My BM's are so messed up too it's either hard to go and painful or the total opposite and going a few times an hour for days in a row.
    So my Gyno set me up to go to a GI specialist who I finally got in to see and set me up with a ( Colonoscopy, set for this Wed. But as of about 2 weeks ago I have been getting so super bloated, I mean even my hands and ankles are fat and I'm gaining weight like crazy.(Totally positive that I'm not pregnant) Could this be from the Adenomyosis? When I look up my symptoms I panic because it all points to Ovarian cancer but my GYNO hasn't mentioned anything about that.
Can anyone give me any advice. This not knowing is making me crazy! Thanks in advance.
