I thought I'd better post this in a different spot so everyone has a chance to read it. Yvonne's son was kind enough to let us know she passed away this morning after her long battle...

"Hello. My name is Jeff Silcox and I am YvonneS's son. With a heavy heart, I wanted to tell everyone that we lost mom at 4 this morning.

I would like to thank each of you for your support and prayers.They meant more to her than I could ever express here. I will be praying for each one of you as your fight continues.

I am rather new to this forum and I have not had the opportunity to know your mother.  However, I have followed her posts and prayed for her, like I do so many others on this forum.  I am very sorry for your loss.  As you know, your mom was a strong and brave woman who inspired more people than she ever realized. I am so sad to hear this news.  She was such a strong woman who's battle inspires those of us still fighting.  Even though I'm happy there's no more pain, no more uncomfortable fluid making it hard to breathe, and no more wondering when the time for this will come, it's still a sad day.  I am keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.  May she rest in peace.
