Any advice

I am a 39 year old woman that has an extremely distended abdomen(I look at least 5 mos pregnant).  I also have a constant stomach ache, inconsistent urinary symptoms(frequency,burning) inconsistent bowel symptoms(diarrhea, constipation)feel full after a small amount of food and terrible pressure from my stomach down.  I had an Ultrasound, CTscan, x-rays and small bowel follow-through.  All they have found is a hiatal hernia, GERD, mild displaysia on esophagus and a cyst on my right ovary.  They just did a CA-125.  Does anyone have any ideas or comments.  They were concerned I had fluid in the abdomen.  Nothing found.

Thank you for the info.  I did have a colonoscopy 2 years ago.  All was normal.  The doctor who performed it doesn't feel like a need another one.  What else could this be?  My distention is even worse.  The only way I am comfortable is flat on my back.  My appetite is terrible.  If I do feel hungry, 3 bites and I am full. My CA-125 came back today and it was normal. The Dr. still wasn't happy and is sending me for a complete work-up with an internist.  If nothing is found by this doctor, then my gyno and surgeon are doing a laparoscopy.
