Yes, she posted earlier.  She is home, had to have surgery because of a tear.  She was lifting shower doors.  (Sorry Sonie, I ratted you out)  She has been warned, NO LIFTING FOR 8 WEEKS!!

I cant believe Sonie has caused herself some harm, I cant stop thinking about her now ....
Sonie when you finally get to read this then just know we are all thinking about you and praying for you (and that includes me who NEVER used to pray)
Take care this time and dont go overdoing it, even if you feel and look well on the outside, the inside takes a little longer to heal so its time to put yourself first ...
