Anyone with a Borderline Mucinous Tumor?

Has anyone had a tumor removed that was diagnosed as "borderline mucinous tumor"?  Mine was removed in 05.  The tumor burst while being removed and Ascites was leaked into the stomach area.  I have been having check ups every 4 months.  So far my CA125 is staying low.  I am just curious if anyone has had this, and what their outlook has been.  They stated the cancer was contained within the ovary.  I did have a TAH done.  Thank you so much.

Hi, I was diagnosed last summer (August 2007) with mucinous borderline tumor, confined to one ovary and my original gyn-onc wanted 1 year follow-up, but I got a second opinion and they wanted every 4 months with CA-125 test and all is fine so far.
Also had TAH BSO appendectomy..so not much left...lol.

But doing very well and seems you are also. Keep in touch and continued good health.
