Are these symptoms of ovarian cancer?

I am concerned about some unusual symptoms I've had for the last month. I have had
1. abdominal pains which wake me up in the middle of the night for about three weeks; sometimes feels like menstrual cramping in the daytime; had total hysterectomy in 2000,
2. lower back pain for about two weeks,
3. increased frequency of bowel movements (4 in the morning, sometimes more later in day but not necessarily); greater volume than expected at each movement,
4. no diarhhea, constipated one day
5. abdominal swelling and pressure
6. fatigue, need sleep in pm
I know this sounds more like bowel related, but GP doesn't think it sounds like anything. Have appointment with Gyn in a week but wonder about urgency of situation and whether I should try to see him sooner. Trip scheduled to Middle East in 2 weeks so concerned that I find out before I go. Because of time constraints, want to make sure I am headed in the right direction. Please advise whether these symptoms sound like they could be ovarian cancer.
