Ascites after 6th cycle of chemo

hello dr

my mother diagnosed ca ovary last year in jan 2010 ,her stage was IIIc.She was not able to go for surgery as she developed DVT in her left foot. So doctors decided to have 3 cycle before chemo therapy then surgery and again remaining 3 cycle .
6th(last) cycle was on feb1st 2011, dr suggested us to have an CA125 and CT scan. but meanwhile she developed Ascites in her stomach . CA 125 also done which was 146 unit .
please guide me what to do and where could i will get proper treatment in delhi ,india ???

Sorry to hear about your mother. Where is she getting treated right now?
I think Dharamshila Hospital or the Cancer Centre in Shanti Mukand Hospital are good in Delhi.
