Avastin and Cytoxan - Hair Loss?

Just started on Avastin an Cytoxan, noticed some hairs are fallings out slowly. This was depressing, since just started to have some hair again. Anyone on Avastin and Cytoxan have hair loss?

What is your dose of Cytoxan? I'm on a 50mg pill I take each day and while I did notice a *few* hairs fall out at the beginning, I still have a full head of hair. It is not a side effect of Avastin but it can be a side effect of Cytoxan, depending on the dose. I was told I may lose my hair at the beginning, but then another oncologist told me the dose was far too low to cause hair loss.

I had cytoxan iv with gemzar and had a little thinning on top, not too bad. My dr. had mentioned the possibility. Donna
