Bad Stomach Pains and Dark Bleeding after DNC

I am a 24yr old woman. I had an abortion, which i found a week later that there was still some tissue left in me. As i had bad pains and bleeding. So i had a DNC procedure done. This was 3 weeks ago. I then found out after a scan that i had a syst on one of my overies, and still had bleeding and some residue tissue still left. But after nearly a week of not much pain. I am now getting severe pains in my stomach, which is also giving me shooting pains in my back and thighs. I also get out of breath easily, just walking up the stairs does me in. Please could you give me some advice on what the cause could be. As my doctor has said the cyst wouldnt cause any pain. Thank you for your time.

Thanks for all your advice. Went to my GP today. She has placed me on some antibotics. (ones i had been on before, which made me have really bad head aches, and feel tired). Seems like i have an infection, well thats whe she thinks anyway. Watch this space. Hope the pills sort me out..

If you were my daughter I would take you by the hand and we would go directly to the E.R. associated with the dnc.....you need to be looked at immediately....your pains could be due to a number of things...including a massive infection....don't wait....just get up and go......also, if your abortion was done at a clinic rather than a hospital you still need to go to an E.R. right away.....please don't take a chance....you have already gone through enough you don't need any more trouble, kiddo.   Go to the emergency room.
Peace.

You need to be checked  very soon, an abortion and a D&C could have caused interior uterian damage. You sound like you have  a bleeder somewhere in there that needs caurterized . The fatigue could come from blood loss. Get some blood work  {CBC}  to check your white and red cells.  All Placenta material needs to be removed to prevent infection.  If white count is high, could mean infection, if red count low, could indicate signs of loss of blood.
