Bilateral Cysts

I had went to the ER with abdominal pain, they thought that I may have appendicitis or a Kidney infection.  They performed a CT Scan and found bilateral adnexal cysts about 3 cm each.  They wanted to transfer me and admit me but I did not want to do this and signed my self out AMA.  I am 30yo mother of 4.  My menstral periods have been very irregular over the last year with alot of clotting.

Could this be cancer?  What are the possible diagnosis here?

You should make an appointment to see your gynecologist. Without seeing the reports from the emergency room it is hard to comment more. Most cysts are benign but you need to have follow up with your gynecologist
