Bilateral complex ovarian cyst what are the odds of it being cancerous?

I have Two Complex ovarian Cyst on both ovaries they are cystic mass with no inter flow solid they are 4cm. The report said that its a complex bilateral ovarian cysts.that could be hemorrhagic cyst.  Should I be worried Im 39 years old and have  systems of ovarian cancer. My pain and period have been like this for 9 months now.
Could you give me feed back to my questions?. I have a six week follow up with ultra sound in two weeks.
I suffer from major depression and anxiety so the waiting game is really hard on me.
Plus my left lower back has been really pain full this week codeine 3 doesn't  help at all with my pain in my ovaries too.

How are you? Have you followed up the matter? Although the size of the cysts is small, their complex nature raises suspicion. This could well be an endometriotic cyst as the pain is significant. But the possibility of cancer needs to be excluded. This can be done by tumour markers or biopsy of the cyst. Consult a gynaecologist for a thorough evaluation.
