Birth Announcement!

I am pleased to announce the birth of a HEALTHY baby girl this past Saturday.  I had surgery to remove an ovarian tumor during my second trimester back in September.  The baby was born via c-section and they were able to look around the tumor bed and at my remaining ovary and found everything to be normal.  They also revised my scar which was enormous by the end of the pregnancy.  Thanks for all of your support and prayers throughout this ordeal.  I will continue to be checking in on this site as my tumor was a granulosa cell tumor and I will be monitored indefinitely for reoccurrences.
