Bladder Issues

I have a very severe pain that occurs when I am halfway finished urinating.  It seems that when my bladder is almost empty - the pain starts and lasts for several minutes.  I have had UTIs before and they were nothing like this.  My dr. put me on antibiotics (in case of UTI) but they aren't changing anything.  I'm still in pain.  I had a cantaloupe sized endometrioma on my right ovary 2.5 years ago.  The doctor took everything but my left ovary and fallopian tube.  My doctor performed a pelvic exam and sent me for a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound on Friday...I'm waiting for the results.  I can't figure out what is wrong with me.  The symptoms that I have been having other than the pain when urinating are:
feels like a heavy weight in my lower abdomen/pelvis
intermittent abdominal pain
i seem more gaseous
feel bloated off and on

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the bladder pain like I mentioned above.   I just don't know how to make it stop!

Hi, it sounds like your doctor is being agressive regarding your symptoms.Waiting is so hard, but you should know what's causing the pain in a couple of days. I'm going for a urine analysis tomorrow, because sometimes when I urinate I also get a pain in the urethra. I'm on chemo for the second time for OVCA. I hope you get the answers you need, let us know what your results are, good luck...... Jane
