CA-125 went down

CA-125 went down

I have posted before.  The gist of my issue is, the doctors all felt I had ovarian cancer but I believe that I do not.  I have had terrible periods since forever.  I had 5 liters of bloody fluid removed in early October 2003 -- they threw it out and did not analyze it.  An earlier analysis showed "atypical cells of endometrial or uterine origin" (not ovarian).  When this all begin circa January of 2003, my CA-125 was 135.  I was bleeding at the time.  I begged for a repeat test, which just came back at 14 (I was not bleeding).  I feel fine.  The fluid is not reaccumulating.  I know you say a biopsy is the only way to know, but this really doesn't seem like ovarian CA to me.  I may still ask one doctor who is amenable for a biopsy -- does this seem reasonable?  Is 4 cm extremely large for an ovary?  It has been that size since they started imaging me.  The other ovary is about the same.

I reread my post and realized my questions weren't clear.  The main question I have is, in the presence of a CA-125 that has gone down on its own from 135 to 14, and a 4 cm ovary which now appears otherwise normal, would this significantly decrease suspicion of ovarian cancer?
