Most doctors/labs do use a test where readings between 0-35 are considered normal. However, my doctor uses a test where anything under 21 is normal. MickeyVicki once explained this difference to me by saying different tests processed by differing labaratories or methods have different levels for normal, high, etc. You should ask your doctor what is normal for the test he/she uses.

Also a reminder that the ca125 is not a reliable test in pre-menopausal women. It is most useful as a marker when ovca is diagnosed.
