Calcification within Ovary

Since 2002, I have suffered with irregular menstrual cycles (essentially bleeding all of the time), and more recently with abnormal weight gain, extreme fatigue, bloating and constipation. I have had multiple pelvic u/s done, along with a CT. The US done in 2002 revealed a "small septated cyst measuring 1.8cm x 1.6cm in the left ovary". The latest US Pelvis done 2 weeks ago revealed "two cysts within the left ovary measuring 1.3 x 0.8 x 1.3cm and 9x6x6mm. Also, "questionable calcification within the right ovary", "prominence of the endometrial stripe measuring 1.1cm"
My question is this.....what does calcification within the ovary mean? And at what point should further testing be done? What type of further testing can be done to determine if these "cysts/calcification" are benign or malignant?
