Can my complex cysts be cancerous?

Can my complex cysts be cancerous?

My aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer at 32, and died from ovarian cancer at 37.  I had extremely aggressive invasive ductal ca, diagnosed at 38 (1 year and 5 months ago). ER, PR, Her2Nu positive. I am in the process of seeking BRCA testing.  Testing says I am post-menopause b/c of chemo, but I bled for about 5 weeks straight 3 months ago. I am on tamoxifen and celebrex.

I have been having abdominal discomfort for 3 or 4 months (area of my ovaries), and it has become pain (especially in area of right ovary) in the last few weeks. I am tired, my abdomin (abdomen) is distended, I have to pee all the time, I cannot eat as much (but I haven't lost weight), and other gastric-type complaints -- all unusual to me.

My ultrasound found "complex free pelvic fluid with debris."  My left ovary was normal, but my right ovary "measures 2.9x2.9x3.9, and comtains 2 complex cysts, the largest of which measures 1.9cm." "The cysts contain a mixture of mobile, echogenic debris, as well as dependent, layering material."

In Feb I had an MRI for some leg pain and it noted a simple cyst on my right ovary, which my doctors blew off as unimportant.

My gyno is on vacation for a week and I am wondering 1) what this all means and 2) should I see a gynocological oncologist?

If I have cancer, I would like to have a full hysterectomy. I have 2 young daughters who need me.  What kinds of questions should I be asking my doctor?

Thank you.
