Can you help me??

am 36 years old and about three months ago I went to the doctor because I was having severe anxiety attacks and pain in my chest. My doctor ordered several heart tests (EKG, Stress Test, Ultrasound of heart) as well as MRI of the brain. The only thing found with my heart was that it doesn't close all the way when pumping and with my brain they found a small mass on the prefrontal area of the brain. The doctor didn't seemed too worried about either and just said that I was having anxiety problems. Ok fast forward to now, about two weeks ago I went to an OBGYN because I have not had a menstrual cycle at all since November 24, 2008 and I am in severe pain both in my lower back and abdomen, it hurts after sexual intercourse with my husband so that hasn't happened in a long while, I am always bloated, I suffer from constipation and diarrhea quite often. I went on Monday (Jan 26th) for a vaginal ultrasound and they found a cyst that I believe they said was on my uterus. (again no big deal I guess). I went for my mammogram today and they took the 1st set of pictures, the Radiologist read that and requested more pics, then the radiologist ordered an ultrasound of both breasts. I will see my doctor again tomorrow for these results. Now what I am concerned about is that if all of this is no big deal then why am I in so much pain? Why am I not having a period? On Monday while I was in his office I asked what is going on with me and he casually mentioned that the next step might be to check for Endometreosis? If there is anyone reading this that might have any insight Please share that with me. I am desperate, I am getting no sleep because of pain and I feel nautious everyday and I don't know what to do...

Hi Lisa,
I would agree with Shell. There is alot going on.
This is the kind of situation where a good primary care doctor is needed.  You need someone with medial knowledge to guide you through all these tests and findings. It may be that some reports show normal variants (like a cyst on the ovary).  But ultimately, you are suffering and need to be looked at in totality.
I hope everything works out.
best wishes
