Cervical Cancer?

I recently felt a hard lump on my cervix near the opening, it's odd because it is so hard! I've never had an abmormal pap, or any abnormal bleeding. I just had my son (vaginally) 7 months ago, could it be from that? I've been trying to find things online similar to what I've found but I don't seem to have any of the other symptoms of cervical cancer.. like the ^^abnormal bleeding.. I've been having a lot more discharge than usual though, what is this hard bump?
