'Cocktail' toast to any and all prepping today

by Thuney, Jun 25, 2006 12:00AM
Happy Hour starts in 40 minutes and I probably will be joining all the UK cysters here (I am from US) because I will have quite an attachment to the "throne" shortly.

Sorry, just a poor attempt at humor.

Anyhow, three or four people recommended the "pineapple" so I am thinking of putting a little umbrella in it and pretending I'm having a pina colada at the beach--whaddya think?

Here's to Truffulz and anyone else who has to prep today or this week!

chugged my phosophosoda by Fleet with gingerale.  also was recommended to use baby wipes for sensativity, hemroid cream but what is working is plain and simple vaseline.  i am surviving. hang on to the throne.  as it says in scripture, (sorry for this one , Lord) "and this too shall pass!"

When you are on the 'throne', you're considered a queen.

Here's to Queen Thuney!

Cheers!!

Hi there, just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you on prep day. Let us know how you are doing and remember to drink as much gingerale or clear liquid as you can!

What a hoot!! I will tell my hubby that he has to address me as Queen Thuney henceforth.  My colonoscopy is at 8:30 tomorrow morning.  Still have to give myself two fleets in the a.m.--seems like overkill to me.

The pineapple is the best of the bunch. Sometimes I think the prep is worse than the procedure.  I am in the states as well and will be checking the posts frequently.  If you need talk, I am here.  I am sympathizing and empathizing with you!

Thanks for all the support.  I have gingerale and banana popsicles up to my eyeballs.  Amazingly, my stomach growls once in awhile, but I am not starving.

I know, I did gingerale and orange popsicles. It will be a long time before I want either of those EVER again.
