Compl;ex Cyst

First off, Thank you so much for taking the time to answer this! My name is Danielle I'm 21yrs old and I have been in the hospital 5 times w/cyst, sometimes they have ruptured other times they have not. Last sat I went into the hospital w/severe pain and my pelvic & vaginal ultrasound said enlarged left ovary w/ a 2.6cm complex cyst, and right ovary w/2 cm cpmlex cyst. the left ovary demonstrates a hypoechioc structure. I then had to go back on wed of this week b/c of the same pain and ultrasound read again 2.6 cm complex hemorrheagic cyst in the left ovary, a 7mm nabothian cyst, and free fluid in the pelvis. I've read alot saying complex cyst should be removed but my docs always say oh well they will eventually go away, in my ultrasound last oct it said i have multiple ruptured cyst and needed to be checked for underlying neoplasms. what does all this mean does it sound like i have cancer????? i have a pap smear done in march and it was normal. any help you can give would be great!!! what are neoplasms, and nabothian, and complex cyst??? thanks so much
