Complex Solid Ovarian Cyst... Please Help Me!

Hello,

I am 34 yrs old woman. Recently, cyst is found in my Ovary.
So far, I have done 2 ultrasond and one CT Scan.


My CT Scan report saying:

Examination of the pelvis shows a large, low-density cystic mass in the left adnexa. It measures about 6cm in overall extent. On a prior sonographic report of Dec 01 2003, note was made of a large, 5.2 cm complex cystic structure in the left adnexa. Its persistence on the current examination indicates that it is not compatiable with a hemorrhagic functional cyst. Given her age, an endometrioma or other cystic masses are suspected.


MY latest Ultrasound report saying (After CT Scan):

"This has a solid apperaring testure but is probably a cystic mass with very complex internal components. I base this on the presence of a discrete peripheral wall. Also, there is no blood flow within the internal components. The mass is very heterogeneous with hyperechoic and small cystic areas internally. The mass measures 4.6x4.0x4.8cm."
I have no idea, what type of specialist i need for that!


What it can be? I am very scard!
I have no idea, what kind of doctor i need if i need to remove or test cyst Laparoscopycally?General Ob/Gyn or someone else?

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I have one more question - right this time, i don't know definitely what kind of cyst i have! My reports saying, it may be Endometriosis. Hopefully, there isn't anything wrong. But, if there is, is it ok to use Laparoscopic surgery on it? I am not sure.. how doctors work. Any idea please..
