Complex cyst with simple pelvic fluid

I started with sypmtoms of indigestion several months ago.  I went for an Trans vag u/s and it came back with a complex cyst measureing 3x2cm, that may have internal septation.  There was also some small amount of free pelvic fluid noted.  My OB wanted me to come back in 2 months to check again.  I was not happy with this option.  So I went to a gyn/ onc.  He did an internal and does not think it is cancer.  He thinks I may have endometriosis and wants to put me on lupron.  I have one other symptom that is very bothersome.  I have this small pouch of fluid in my left pelvic area that goes down and then swells again.  Today it is bigger than it has ever been.  I don't know if I need a second opinion.  It is very difficult to get an appointment.  Someone please help!!  I am a 39 year old mother of 3 young children.

The doctors tend to be very complacent about ovarian cysts because of there low malignancy risk potential. However we are not. It never ever hurts to get a second opinion whilst being aware that most cysts are benign. The point is don't panic and don't worry but make sure.
