Could I have it?

I had a CAT scan done the other day and was told I have a 7 cm long cyst on my right ovary.  I have been doing my research and there isn't an asolute way to find out if a mass is a cyst or not just by using the CAT scan, So it might not even be a cyst, right?  I only have a period only every other month.  I also have had intestinal problems for the passed 6 months; nausea, bloating, loss of appetite, and feeling full very quickly when eating.  Should I be concerned about having ovarain cancer?
