Could it be something else?

I am 32 years old,and have had right hip pain for almost a year.It wasn't until about January that it constantly bothered me and I had to go to see a doctor.The pain is much worse at night.I have had blood work done about 7 times,and each time my C- Reactive Protiens(about 35),Sed Rate-Westergren (about 45),and my WBC(about 15)have been high.I have had an x-ray,and just recently an MRI.They showed nothing wrong with my hip,but did show some free standing fluid in my pelvic area,and they suggested I get an ultrasound. My Rhuematologist referred me to a Hematologist,and a Gynocologist.My symptoms have been fatique,constipation,can't eat much before I feel full,I get nausea shortly after I eat,and I recently noticed that my lymph node under my right arm is swollen(it's not sore.)Something very stupid on my part is that I have not had a pap smear since my son was born 5 years ago.Both of my mom's sisters had ovarian cancer at about the age of 26.I have been concerned that I have the same thing.Does it sound like it to you,and is there something else that has the same type of symptoms?Thank You for your time,missyh12
