Cyst on 34 year old with history of cancer

I am 34, a survivor of an autologous bone marrow transplant I had to treat relapsed Hodgkin's lymphoma 5 years ago. The high-dose chemo induced menopause, for a while, though before long my (very irregular) periods have returned. I still produce pre-menopausal levels of estrogen, though because I have developed osteoporosis, I supplement with very low-dose estrogen and 300mg progesterone. (I also take calcium, vitamin D, and a variety of other supplements.)

A recent ultrasound revealed no sign of my left ovary (which was fine prior to chemo treatment), and on my right ovary is a cyst (1.3 x 0.9 x 1.0 cm), described on the ultrasound report as simple and likely functional.

For the last 6 months or so I have had occasional light abdominal pain during orgasm, and occasional sharp low-back pain. I have also had rare urinary tract or vaginal burning (hard to tell which) that does not test positive for UTI, though I have occasional UTIs as well that clear up on their own or respond to antibiotics.

My doctor has said nothing about the findings or whether I should seek any sort of follow-up. I am concerned about the presence of the cyst and whether it may be something worth pursuing further. Any feedback would be appreciated.
