Cyst with a septum

In February '06 I was diagnosed with the following:  

The study shows a large complex heterogeneous mass within the right ovary.  The mass measures 4.3 x 4.0 x 4.3 cm.  There appears to be some degeneration within this lesion with cystic and solid components.  The lesion is very heterogeneous.  The appearance is nonspecific.  Findings could be related to an endometrioma, hemorrhagic cyst or possibly ovarian neoplasm.

(I had a left oophorectomy Aug. '98, hysterectomy Mar. 99 at age 25).  I was put on the pill to see if the mass shrank.  This past Wednesday I went back for follow-up sonogram; the tech said nothing about the previous mass, but this time found a cyst coming out of my ovary (just under 2cm) that has a septum; then there's another cyst on the first cyst, that one is not quite 1cm.  I go back to dr. May 17 once he's compared the 2 sonograms.  I have no idea what any of this means and whether I should be as worried as I am.  Does anyone have any kind of information about this?

A septum just means it has a little wall in it dividing into sections, that's not unusual.
